About |silo| trainer - workout timer
Workout intervals, right on your Apple Watch.
Designed for Apple Watch, silo uses the Taptic Engine to cue you between intervals. Practice your workouts without watching the clock or disturbing others around you.
Easy setup
Add your workout workout-break routine on the iPhone app. When you're ready, just bring up your Watch and press "GO". At each interval, you'll get a tap on the wrist. Glance at the watch during workouts to check timer status or preview what's next.
Stats
At the end of a workout, SILO connects with HealthKit to display your heart rate, calories burned, and workout time.
Airplane mode
Silo works best with airplane mode on your Watch. This lets you avoid false timer notifications during a workout.
Timer presets
Add up to three Presets from your phone to your watch. On the iPhone, set up your interval activities and the number of rounds. You can edit the names of the presets and the activities – hit Sync and you're all set.
HIIT, CrossFit, Circuit Training, Tabata
Works with these and more workouts that require precise timing for intense exercise followed by recovery periods.
