About Simple Workout Log - Ironotes

Ironotes app is very straightforward, allowing you to create custom workouts in no time at all. During your workout, all you need to do is update the weight and reps you lift, mark each set as completed, and rest. Once the rest timer is up, the app will notify you.

Here are some of the best features of Ironotes:

-> Complete freedom over your custom workouts: name exercises however you like, track supersets, drop sets, circuits, RPE's.
-> Auto complete for exercise titles.
-> Visual prompts for exercises, allowing for quicker workout creation with visual references.
-> Rest timers can be set for each exercise.
-> You can export your workouts as CSV files.
-> Exercise stats & charts to motivate you forward while you workout.
-> Workout Details to help keep you pumped and motivated after workout.
-> See your performance over time in one neat snapshot with 7 and 14-day period overviews
-> Workouts can be filtered by date, workout and exercise names.
-> You can add notes for each workout and exercise.
-> There's a timer to track your workout duration.
-> You can choose to record weights in pounds or kilograms.
-> You can add tags to your sets.
-> You can duplicate workouts easily.
-> If you grant permission, all workouts will appear on the Fitness app.
-> All workouts are safely stored on iCloud.

The free version of Ironotes allows you to track only your three most recent workouts. If you want to remove this limit, you can subscribe to Ironotes PRO.
If you choose to subscribe, payment will be charged to your iTunes Account when you confirm your purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your PRO subscription by going to your iTunes Account Settings after purchase. Even if you turn off auto-renewal, you'll still have access to all the app's features until the end of your current subscription period. Please note that we can't offer refunds for unused portions of your subscription.

Ironotes integrates with Apple Health, allowing it to automatically update your workouts in the Fitness app once you grant the necessary permissions.
