Level cap (skill points) increased by 3 for the upcoming changes to the game. The App can now update this remotely in the future to avoid delays in case they change it in game again.
Still waiting for Gearbox to update the official skill tree site so we can get the updated data into the App. Feel free to drop them a support ticket/tweet complaining over the outdated website, maybe something will happen.

Features: Action skills and augments are now selectable and may be saved with your builds.
A skill summary list has been added where you can easily scroll through all the stats gained from your passive skill tree.
