This app uses CBT techniques to help you break negative habits in your behaviours and thinking, and create new patterns to help you sleep well.
This isn’t just a meditation to help you sleep. This is a full program to restore quality sleep.
The app involves:

- A 5 week program, guided by videos to help you sleep better, exploring thoughts that interfere with sleep and how to change them, sleep hygiene, foods that help or hinder sleep and tips to help you sleep better.
- A sleep journal, where you reflect on your sleep and get feedback. Although some apps monitor sound or movement, to take control of your sleep, you’ll be asked to consciously reflect on your sleep.
- Sleep progress chart. You’ll be able to easily track your progress over time.
- A relaxation audio player.
- A sleep meditation and reprogramming for better sleep player.

CBT has been found to be one of the most effective approaches to help improve sleep. This app takes you through these principles and techniques and adds deep relaxation audio sequences to deliver a complete package to help transform your sleep.
