Sleep Tracker uses a custom algorithm to track the sleeping cycle of a user, through which it enables the alarm to start just at the right time. You can also benefit from soundscapes that improve your sleep quality and get you faster to fall asleep.
Sleep Tracker is fully integrated with Apple Health, which allows health and fitness apps to work seamlessly together, and provides you with the ability ti access and view all of your health and fitness data on one comprehensive dashboard. To the user this means that you can choose to upload your sleep data to Apple Health and benefit from easier registration with Apple Health data.
