sleeplife is a secure, user-friendly place to create your lifetime sleep record. You can switch wearables or manually track your sleep while maintaining a continuous record of your overall sleep health. Connect the app to your wearable device or manually enter the hours you slept to track and monitor the amount of time spent sleeping.
