In just a few minutes a day, Spartan Weight Loss will keep your body healthy, fit and in shape! The app is equipped with workouts for every fitness level. Spartan Weight Loss offers many different workout types (BBG, HIIT, high intensity, beginner, intermediate, advanced, etc.) each of which displays the intensity level of the workout.
To reduce the risk of injury and promote optimal training, the workouts contain stretching and warm up movements.
Our exercise library contains more than 80 exercises and will continue to grow! High quality videos and animations help you execute the proper movements for each exercise. Every exercise contains a muscle group image which explains which muscles are used while performing the exercise.
Spartan Weight Loss also contains advanced training and workout plans which guide you through the process of becoming a stronger version of yourself.
