About WhyFit
WhyFit is a wellness program that will help you adopt a healthier lifestyle even with a busy daily routine by following fitness and nutritional interactive content:
Relax - To help you relax in a time of heightened stress or if you just want to meditate for a couple of minutes; you can do it by listening to nature sounds.
Activities - Contains a large number of exercises and workout options to help you increase physical activity in your busy schedule. The content is divided into four categories; “no equipment”, “basic equipment”, “gym”, and “at work” to help you exercise at your most convenient time.
Foods - Large database of meal recipes, snacks, and common on-the-go foods. It is conveniently divided into five categories: “breakfast”, “lunch”, “dinner”, “snacks” and “On the go” to help you find healthy options near you or inspire you to create healthier meal options at home.
Learn - Articles that will help you understand the importance of health and wellness for your body and how to distinguish the most common myths and misconceptions about nutrition and physical activities.
