AccuWeather and TWC consistently battle for the #1 spot so we are very pleased to be working with them and removing those issues you all found.

WHY SUBSCRIPTIONS
1. TO SURVIVE
We are not rich trying to get richer – we are making no money and trying to make enough to survive. 90% of people paid $4 for the app six years ago. Since the app is so beloved, and we purchase weather data every time you use it, $4 for daily use for six years has left us in a unsustainable hole.
2. TO ADD MORE FEATURES
We did not want to just change the existing app to subscriptions. So we worked for 2 years behind the scenes on an all-new WL with 21 new features and addressed much of your feedback – like better weather data, radar, and themes.

WHY SUBSCRIPTIONS
1. TO SURVIVE
We are not rich trying to get richer – we are making no money and trying to make enough to survive. 90% of people paid $4 for the app six years ago. Since the app is so beloved, and we purchase weather data every time you use it, $4 for daily use for six years has left us in a unsustainable hole.
2. TO ADD MORE FEATURES
We did not want to just change the existing app to subscriptions. So we worked for 2 years behind the scenes on an all-new WL with 21 new features and addressed much of your feedback – like better weather data, radar, and themes.
3. THANK YOU
If you will not be staying with us for WL2, we are truly sorry and we hope you feel your $4 was extremely worth it, but if not please contact us directly. Honestly – thank you for six great years no matter what.
