We are so excited to share with you a huge update to 5x5 Log! The app has been completely redesigned to bring you the best experience & features we could design.

Some new features include:

- The ever popular plate calculator lifters using our other apps have come to love
- Live syncing of lifting logs between devices - even between devices on different platforms!
- Create an account and backup lifing data through facebook, google, or with an email address.
- Amazing new features that allow you to craft a custom lifting program all your own.
- Beautiful graphs that visualize your lifting.

Because of the nature of this update previous lifting cycles created using the old version will have to be removed. If you want to save a record of your previous lifting please take a moment to export your data before beginning the new version.
