App for expenses, absences, time recording and more
AbaClik 3, the next generation of AbaClik, will revolutionize your processes. Using artificial intelligence and deep technology, expense processes, for example, are simplified and automated. AbaClik becomes a document reader: Invoices (ESR, QR) can be easily photographed with an integrated scanner and automatically booked.
When processing an expense receipt, the app is able to use character and text recognition to automatically retrieve information such as the amount, VAT and point of sale and subsequently book it.
AbaClik 3 allows you to connect to the ERP Software Abacus and to the Cloud Business software AbaNinja.

General Improvements
New tasks and messages with push notifications
- The app has a revised messaging (tasks and notifications). The UI has been revised and push notifications are possible for new tasks and messages from Abacus version 2022 (must be activated in Abacus).
Individually customizable break times
- In the settings of the respective account, the break times for In & Out and Timesheet can be defined individually.
App configuration automatically adopted
- If an app configuration is entered in AbaSky, it is automatically transferred to AbaClik 3 iOS. Until now, this had to be selected manually.
Dynamic balance overview query
- The balance overview can be queried dynamically with a desired date on this version.

Troubleshooting - Transfer vouchers several times to the AbaScan inbox of the creditors
- Sporadically, the problem occurred that receipts from AbaClik were displayed several times in the AbaScan inbox of the vendors. This has now been fixed.
Project proposal on documents extended
- In the tile Documents, the project is no longer suggested from the previous booking for new bookings, as this impairs the user flow.
