We offer a variety of Yoga lessons ranging from hatha, Vinyasa, rocket, Ashtanga and candlelit vinyasa yoga. No matter if you are an experienced yogi or beginner, you are accepted to all our classes. Just let the teacher know you’re a beginner and they’ll give extra help so that you do the poses correctly. For beginners new to hot yoga as well as those with a regular practice, we offer a unique hot hatha yoga series which is guaranteed to enhance your body and mind! Located between Old Street and City Road, we are 4 mins walk from Old Street tube and Overground and about 10 mins walk from Barbican Station. An ideal place to find your inner peace.
