The ambiotex app helps you to analyze and optimize your individual training schedule. Together with your ambiotex shirt you can monitor your heart rate, motion, steps, GPS tracks, calories and individual stress load. The ambiotex performance test will determine your individual training zones and your lactate threshold for running and cycling. If you are a competitive athlete, ambiotex determines your optimal race speed and heart rate for each distance.

Our stress index, which is based on a heart rate variability analysis, enables you to monitor your stress and training load day by day and to determine the best training intensity.

Based on this information you have all you need for an efficient and healthy training.

You can record and store your activities in your personal history together with your GPS tracks. Data transmission between the shirt and your iPhone is done via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). In order to show you live values of your vital parameters, a permanent connection is necessary.

Continued use of GPS and Bluetooth communication running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

ambiotex is using HealthKit and integrates with the Health App. If the user gives his consent, the heart rate, steps and breathing rate is shared via HealthKit.
