About A.L.E.R.T.

The A.L.E.R.T. app is a training tool to help law enforcement develop and practice mindfulness-based skills. This app is to be used after completing the A.L.E.R.T. In-Person Training, and is being studied to determine the effectiveness of using this type of technology to help officers maintain their psychological resilience over time. The skills within this app integrate principles and strategies from evidence-based therapies to increase mindfulness, regulate emotions, and cope effectively with stress.
