Anysub — subscription manager

Most of you have asked us to make a widget. Well, there you have it! Now you can keep track of your subscriptions on your home screen.

Fixed a couple of bugs.

— A new subscription card
In Subscriptions, the subscription card has been updated. Now you can see not only the date of the next payment, but also the reminder settings to understand when you will be notified of the payment.

— What date is today
We replaced the Subscriptions title with today's date. This should help you better navigate to the payment dates for your subscriptions.

— Added currency signs on the currency selection screen
When selecting a currency, next to the name, there is now a currency symbol for better orientation.

— Now you can get reminders on the day of payment
We added the ability to set an alert on the day of payment.

The subscriptions now have a context menu: if you hold down a subscription, you'll see a preview with a button to quickly go to editing.

The process of editing your account information has become clearer. Previously, it wasn't so obvious that you had to enter your password to save changes.

The design of notifications has also changed. You could see them when something goes wrong in the app. Well, they look nicer now.

Finally, we released Anysub on macOS. If you have a Mac with the Apple Silicon chip, you can now download our app in the Mac App Store.

Added a search in the currency screen. Now, choosing a currency for a subscription will be easier and faster.

As part of this update, we've added the ability to delete your account. If you need to do that, you can do it in the account settings. Also, we focused on personalization. In the previous release we introduced you to the default settings for new subscriptions. Well, it was a bit hasty: it wasn't named very clearly and we didn't take into account the need to reset changes. So thanks for the feedback. Now, personalization is more intuitive, and changes can be reset.

What else should we improve?

Now you can customize the default settings for new subscriptions: currency, billing cycle and alert. Another changes have also been made to the currency: now, the default currency depends on your region. For example, if you're from the UK, the default currency for a new subscription will be pound sterling (unless you've changed it in the settings, obviously).

We’ve also added a warning to remind you that you have to verify your email address. If you forget about it or the verification link is no longer active, you can re-verify your email address in your account settings.

Also, we’ve improved the formatting of the next billing date. When the date is today or tomorrow, it’ll be "Today" or "Tomorrow" as the date.
