About Ather Grid

A convenient app to help all EV users find chargers to charge their vehicles on the Ather Grid network of chargers. Now present in 80+ cities across India!
Charge your electric vehicles at any of our charging locations located in restaurants, cafes, malls and parking lots across the city. This app helps you find chargers, scan to charge, and monitor and manage your charging sessions remotely.

1. Find the Chargers at your most frequented destinations:
- Ather Neighbourhood Charger: Charging at home, apartments and offices which are compatible with all EVs
- Ather Grid Chargers: DC charging at public destinations

2. Scan the QR Code on the charger to authenticate

3. Enter the required charging duration and start charging

4. Monitor and manage your charging session remotely

5. Pay exactly for the time you charge

Introducing NEIGHBOURHOOD CHARGERS: Now, you can charge any EVs at your apartment or at your workplace. Find the availability of the charger. Spot, Scan, Charge. Request Installation if you want one.

The Ather Grid App now has more features to help you charge easily. Here are a few notable ones:
NEW HOME PAGE : Find your previously used chargers, Enter your location manually/through GPS on the address bar, Explore Public Chargers on Public Map View and Find Neighbourhood Chargers in your apartments/offices.
REQUEST INSTALLATION: Want the Neighbourhood charger in your locality? We do it for you with just one click.
LOCATE CHARGER: Now, you don’t have to worry about locating a charger when you are near the charger location.
REPORT AN ISSUE: Let us know any issues you face while charging at just one click.
PAYMENT METHODS: Pay for your charging session through the app easily. Compatible with all modes of payment.
HELP: Tell us any issues about the payment and we will resolve it.

The Ather Grid App now has more features to help you charge easily. Here are a few notable ones:

1. Realtime Grid check - The new app has four icons - 1) Chargers available 2) Chargers in use 3) Under maintenance and 4) Location closed
2. Instant refresh - Now refresh the app with a single tap and find the nearest available charger.
3. Charge for all - The app now supports EVs from 25 brands. If you can’t find the one you own, let us know. We’ll do our best to add it right away.
4. Multiple EVs per profile - Your profile can now hold information of up to 5 EVs.
