【楽しく体幹を鍛えよう！】
Axis Visualizerで体幹の動きを見てみましょう。
仙骨の上にiPod Touchをつけると動いたときの骨盤の傾きが分かります。
体幹で美しい姿勢を保って動くことで気持ちよく健康生活を送りましょう！

【使い方】
１．左下の「Try!」モードで「START」をタップ
２．仙骨の上にiPod Touchをつけて
３．シミー（腰を速く振る動作）をやってみましょう！
４．真ん中下の「Results」モードで「あなたの結果は？」をタップ
５．達人度は、2Hz〜12Hzのパワーを0.3〜2Hzのパワーで割った値です。

【補足】
・iTunesで、計測データをCSVファイルにて出力可能です．
・サンプリング周波数は50Hzです．
