Beat Alert app alerts you by vibration or sound when you are having nightmares and you heart rate elevates above a specified BPM. Set an alert notification during sleep or during any activity through out the day to keep track of your heart rate BPM. We have used HealthKit to read data. Beat Alert app is build for Apple Watch and iPhone. We have given setting for On/Off for audio and vibration function.
