Optimized for iOS 12 and the upcoming iPhone's
- Adapted to Swift 4.2 and compiled with the latest iOS 12 SDK

Removed review requests on devices lower than iOS 10.3

- Re-added bokeh mask styles!
- Saving images might be a bit faster sometimes
- Fixed bokeh effect when exporting in the image original size
- Fixed bug where the output image was rotated sometimes when exporting it in its original size

Changed Bokeh blur method

· The sliders view is loaded more smoothly when the app opens.
· Now if you have the "pro version" (IAP) purchased, you can rotate your screen when the filters menu is open and it will hide.
· When changing the blur or vibrancy by dragging your finger on the image, the blur and vibrancy sliders are now more smooth.

· Added possibility to use two filters simultaneously
· Added some color filters
· The filters picker view is now a bit more compact
· Fixed: the controls view background color was sometimes incorrect after going back from the filters picker view

v2.0: New blazing fast blur effect, highly improved general performance and efficiency

· The image blurring preview is now ultra fast and the slider is continuous in all devices!
· CPU usage while changing the blur is now 40% more efficient (from ~50% to ~10% CPU usage)
· Maximum blur and vibrancy levels increased by ~35%.
· Vibrancy effect is much faster when also applying the bokeh effect.
· Vibrancy slider is now continuous in all devices too, thanks to the above :3
· The bokeh slider is faster due to all the previous tweaks (though the slider is not continuous anymore)
· Swipe the controls view (down or right) to hide it or show it (when the output filters picker view is hidden)
· Added blur to the controls view

Also:
· Had to drop iOS 9 support, I'm really sorry... but in exchange the app works quite faster :)
· Regression: had to disable the portrait, upper half and lower half bokeh masks because they weren't working as expected
· Improved buttons size on filters picker view
· Some views now uses Autoresizing instead of constraints (just developer things...)
