Provides instant support anytime, improving user engagement. A user can login through his phone number. Then he received OTP on his/her no. When he verified OTP. He/She can chat with active company. If the company is not active he/she will navigate to "Add Contact" screen. After adding contact company status will change to active and now user is able to chat with company.
In this app two factor authentication implemented. User can login with his mobile number. Then he/she received 6 digits OTP on his entered mobile number through SMS or if he/she has Whatsapp then on Whatsapp he/she received OTP. After verify OTP he/she can enter in app and chat with registered companies. These companies can register through web.
