The survey has been created by our dear psychology professor Dr. Russ Watson, who has been working for 37 years in the functional assessment industry by which companies define their employees talent in the recruitment and selection process. This model is not intended for recruitment or selection. It is focused on you, and you’re the only one who sees the results.
From there, Dr. Russ observed in society a serous lack of motivation. He developed a unique survey (not an assessment) through which he could personalize the motivation shots-in-the-arm. There are 2,376 different combinations of responses to this brief 2-minute survey. This is how the model was born and this is what we’ll use to generate your personalized Brainergy micro-motivators.
