CLUSTER Learning

Cluster learning is an eLearning platform that aims to improve employment capacity among unemployed young people between 18-30 years of age, and women, by equipping them with employability skills in four Sustainable Economy sectors (Blue Economy, Circular Economy, Green Economy, and Sustainable Agriculture).
The eLearning platform offers a blended, complete learning experience that is fun, interactive, and ultimately engaging. Through the eLearning platform, we will increase young people’s access to training programmes from different countries and hard-to-reach areas with flexibility for young people to commit in their free time. This experience will include self-paced learning, live sessions, peer exchange experience, and coaching and mentoring sessions.
We aim through this platform to set up a course structure in several languages for young people and women in Spain, Italy, France, Cyprus, Jordan, Palestine, and Tunisia.
Based on their interest, Cluster learning users will select one of the training modules specialized in one of the four sustainable economy sectors. Each module will include a soft skills section and a CSR initiative development plan. The training module has different sections/chapters; users should finish all the requested requirements to move to the next section and then get certified. These requirements include reading materials, watching recorder sessions, attending the live sessions, submitting assignments and CSR initiative design, and finalizing and passing assessments.

As part of CLUSTER project, the most distinguished Trainees will have the chance to receive onsite Training in the field, internship opportunity, and the chance to prove themselves in the workplace and earn their employment chance in one of our partners in the private sector.
