Com4Com is a centralized, online directory and message center for homeowner associations (HOA’s), schools, and other community organizations. Originally created as an initiative to help keep schools and parents in sync, Com4Com has leveraged its expertise to develop services for other community organizations that require a comprehensive online directory and the ability to easily communicate with their members.

Com4Com Messenger is an add-on extension to the Com4Com Online Directory and Messaging service. It provides you the ability to view contacts according to your granted permissions from organization of which you are related to (such as your HOA organization, your child's school or your community center), send Email or Text messages and receive 'push' messages.
In order to receive push messages your device should be matched with your mobile phone number or as exists in the sending organization's contact lists
Depends on the organization's service terms with Com4Com you may be required to purchase a designated subscription in order to receive messages from this particular organization.

השירות מאפשר ניהול מרכזי נוח ויעיל של רשימות הקשר השונות בבית הספר או האירגון הקהילתי, ומשמש למעשה כ'ספר טלפונים' מרכזי לניהול פרטי אנשי הקשר: תלמידים, חניכים או משתתפים בחוגים, הורים, צוות המורים או המדריכים, צוות אדמיניסטרטיבי והנהלה וכדומה. הרשימות מסודרות במבנה אירגוני, כגון כיתות לימוד ושכבות בבית הספר ומאפשרות שליחת הודעות דוא"ל או מיסרונים לחתך הנדרש בקלות רבה.
ניתן לשתף רשימות עם גורמים שונים בבית הספר או האירגון, כגון מתן גישה להורי התלמידים לרשימת הקשר הכיתתית. אפשרות זו חוסכת ומונעת ניהול מיותר של רשימות קשר מקבילות וחופפות על ידי כל גורם בנפרד. במקביל ניתן לאפשר לאנשי הקשר השונים לעדכן את פרטיהם ישירות במערכת.
קומפורקום מסנג'ר הינו מוצר משלים לשירות הודעות קומפורקום המאפשר צפייה ברשימות אנשי קשר בהתאם להרשאות שקיבלת מהארגון אליו הנך שייך (כגון ביה"ס בו לומדים ילדיך, תנועת הנוער, המתנ"ס וכדומה), שליחת הודעות דוא"ל ומיסרונים לתפוצה רחבה או לבודדים, קבלת הודעות וקביעת צליל שישמע בעת קבלת הודעה לפי סוג ההודעה והשולח.
על מנת לקבל הודעות כנמען של האירגון אליו הנך משתייך חייבת להיות התאמה בין מספר הטלפון הנייד עימו הנך נרשם לשירות זה ומספר הטלפון הנמצא ברשימות האירגון.
אירגונים מסויימים מפיצים הודעות ותכנים בתשלום. על מנת לקבל הודעות מאירגונים אלה באפשרותך לרכוש מנוי תקופתי.
