COOLSIS School Information System is the solution helping schools improve everyday workflow. School administrators, teachers and staff take advantage of its powerful features to manage a wide variety of tasks including student enrollment, grading, discipline, attendance, fee tracking and more. COOLSIS enhances communication between faculty, parents, and students by sharing information easily and efficiently.
With COOLSIS Family Access, Parents and Students receive real-time access to necessary and useful information such as Attendance, Assignments, Grades, Behavior, Schedule, Courses, Communication Log, Log-in History and more to stay up-to-date with the school.
Parents receive push notifications for their students' grades, behavior incidents and attendance.

•Gadgets: My Untaken Attendances, My ungraded Assignments, My weekly Schedule and My Calendar gadgets presented here and can be used as the same way as used CoolSIS through the Web browser.
•Attendance: Teachers can take attendance student by student or using the one easy touch button “Set all”. Attendance can be taken over list view or tile view (seating chart with student pictures). Handy auto-save screen.
•Assignment: Teachers can create, edit, remove, and grade an assignment.
•Grades: Teachers can see the student’s current overall course grades that are shown both in numeric and letter format, categories and assignments of relevant course. Teachers can also grade an assignment going through each student.
•Schedule: This presented in the same format and details as if accessing CoolSIS through a web browser.
•Communication Log: Teacher can input, edit and remove communication log same way it’s done through the CoolSIS Web access.
•Info: Teachers can check to see if their school has their correct contact information. The school can be easily reached through email or phone. Teachers can also see their log-in history and access the CoolSIS Helpdesk through this page.
