Directum Solo Classic for iOS is an easy-to-use app created especially for high officials and top managers. No matter if you are offline and out of office – work with Directum RX or Directum on your iPad or your iPhone!

To make it work:
1. Buy Directum Solo client licenses.
2. Install and configure NOMAD web service to connect to Directum RX or Directum.
3. Download and install Directum Solo on your iPad or iPhone.
4. If you use certificates issued by CryptoPro certification authority, acquire a license to use cryptographic protection software CryptoPro CSP 4.0 on one workplace.

We’ve prepared for the release of the new generation of Directum Solo that will support latest iOS versions. That’s why we’ve changed the name and icon of the current app. Now it’s called Directum Solo Classic.
Also the following issues have been fixed:
- On a tablet, after an employee started data update in one folder and then switched to another folder, the new folder displayed the contents of the first one.
- In some cases, when an employee started Solo, they had to enter their login and password even if they had already logged in to the app earlier. It happened when the NOMAD service was restarted. Now when this occurs, employees do not have to re-enter their credentials.
Also the following issues have been fixed:

When you clicked Share and Directum Solo in the menu of an object, for example, a photo or a link, then the mobile app opened but nothing else happened. Fixed. Now Solo starts and an app screen opens. For example, when you share a photo, you'll see the document creation dialog.

Please note that Directum Solo is compatible with iOS versions 13 to 16. Compatibility with iOS 17 is possible but not guaranteed. To support the latest iOS version, we will release the next generation of our mobile app.
Here are new features of Solo 2.18:
- The app checks if your PIN is secure. If the combination of digits you use to unlock the app is too simple, you’ll see a message. In that case, come up with a more secure PIN.
- You can see flow folders of an employee you substitute. That way it’s much easier to manage tasks and assignments of the absent employee.
- We improved sorting of objects. Now folders in lists are sorted in ascending order of numbers and dates in folders’ names.
We also fixed some errors that occurred when signing documents with an electronic signature.
Here are new features of Solo 2.18:

- On tablets, the main screen area with folder tiles got bigger, and the tiles got smaller. This way you can see more folders.
- On smartphones, the quick create button has been moved to the lower panel – now it’s always at hand.
- We also changed color and style of icons, as well as the task importance mark.

- Directum Solo keeps up with legislation changes. Now you can sign documents using smart cards and USB tokens with Rutoken 3.0 NFC certified by the Federal Security Service and the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control.
- You can find information about the update status on the main app screen next to your photo. If you use Directum Solo on your phone, you’ll find that the upper panel now contains the app settings button and doesn’t contain your full name.

Starting from version 2.14, Solo is not supported on devices with iOS 10 and 11. Latest iOS versions have new functions and safety features, so we will dedicate our efforts to supporting them in Solo.
In addition, the app now supports new features from Directum RX 4.5:
- If a document, such as a contract or supplemental agreement, is signed under a formalized power of attorney, you can view it in the document card. Information on a power of attorney is displayed in cards of documents involved in electronic document exchange between companies.
- In the Web Client, an action item on a document can be sent not only by its signatory, but by other employees as well. In Solo, you can view who has sent an action item and on whose behalf.
Also, we’ve fixed some bugs and enhanced app stability.
