Drive Registration feature (previously only available in Drivebase mobile app) implemented in Drivetune. Note:
- Uploading data to Drives Installed Base (DIB) might take several hours.
- The list of drives registered are stored locally and will be lost if the application is uninstalled. However, no data in DIB will be affect by uninstalling.
Allow user to enable/disable constant polling of event log.
Updated carousel pages to be more consistent.

Access PDF manuals from the ABB library easily and conveniently when you are connected to a drive.
You can now export modified parameters to a PDF file. You can then share the PDF file via email, OneDrive, Dropbox or any other sharing mechanisms that your device supports.
Improved the feedback reports in the side menu. If you run into problems with Drivetune, you can send reports by enabling Shake-to-report-feedback. You can find this by entering 'About this app' in the side menu.
