About E2P+SEND
Early 2 Primary Essence has again raised the bar in the Recording, Describing, and Saving evidence instantly - to our 0-11yrs assessment package (video, photo, and audio) using the latest Mobile App technology.
Live, whilst the children's learning and development is taking place, you can:
• Attribute evidence easily to children, including a description of Aspects, their learning outcomes, and the developmental stage.
• Take mutiple Images within one observation to evidence a sequence/process of learning, which presents as a Montage on the E2P+SEND system.
• Draft observations within the app for completion and upload at a later time.
• Voice to text translation ensuring the observation of learning is not interrupted and quicker than ever before.
• Work offline and gather evidence at any time, in any location.
• Unlimited users and uploads. No time limit on the length of videos capturing learning.
• E2P+SEND allows formative Assessment of children with wide ranging needs such as: Profound, multiple and complex conditions, autistic spectrum conditions, severe learning difficulties. Pupils with behavioural, social, and emotional difficulties.

• Each observation now uploads one by one. They will all be in a queue that you can find behind the outbox button, so you can see what’s still uploading.
• Upload failures will not go back to the outbox count, they will now stay in the queue if the wi-fi is turned off.
• If you lose internet connectivity, the observation upload will pause. When wi-fi returns, we will resume the upload for you.
• Successful and non-successful notifications are more informative for you. You will get a similar popup for each of these events so you are informed.
• If there are no media files (videos or photos) attached to your observation, we now prioritize those observations, otherwise observations are uploaded in the order they are submitted for upload.
• The no data connection popup will not appear as we will place those observations in the queue instead, so there’s less for you to do.

We've added tons of new features. We've highlighted some of them below:

- Added ability to upload pupil profile images
- Pupils are now spilt into two groups to find unobserved pupils easier
- Added observation history, so you can see the last time a statement was logged against a particular pupil, by whom and the date logged
- You can now select multiple images in one go from your photo gallery
- Added update notification to ensure you always have the latest version
