Train from just 2 days a week to improve your fitness with simple and approachable routines. Keep it simple and stay motivated. Each plan is built to help your body adapt and improve while minimising risk of injury or burn out.

- Guided programs. Choose a plan based on your level and goal. If you work out indoors on an elliptical machine then you can use all of the routines, from beginner plans to HIIT advanced workouts.
- Track your daily activity and make sure you keep on growing. Record your calories, heart rate and distance so you can watch your growth and elliptical ability improve over time.
- Audio coach with guided cues and support to play your own music in the background.
- Log your workouts, with the ability to repeat your favorites. We'll record your progress so you can gradually improve and become fitter. Your workout won't know what hit it!
- Supplement your workouts with recommended exercises. Warm up and cool down effectively and build full body strength with additional exercises.
- APPLE HEALTH INTEGRATION: Sync your workouts to Health App to see your overall daily activity.
