Family Friend offers speedy home or office delivery of fresh, tasty food across Moscow and the Moscow region.

Here's how you place an order:
1. Sign up quickly in-app using your mobile number and your address.
2. Make a shopping list: you can correct it, or contact a manager to sort out the details.
3. Provide the necessary delivery information and place your order via the app. When you place an order and the packer packs your items, the necessary payment amount is set aside on your card. But you are not charged until the courier delivers your goods. If there is a correction to your order, the amount set aside changes.
4. After you've check and accepted your items, the courier makes a note in the app and you receive a confirmation code on your phone. Give this code to the courier: the deal will then be closed and the payment will be deducted from your account. You can also pay for your shopping remotely: just ask anyone you trust to accept your order.
5. If you need to leave the house urgently, any trusted person can accept your order and you can complete the transaction remotely in phone mode. Or you can rearrange the delivery for a different time, or change the address. Alternatively, you can use our new "leave the order at the door" service. Our courier will leave the carrier bags and send you a photo confirmation to complete the order.

DELIVERY

Delivery can be free or paid for: choose the option you need when you are placing your order. Urgent delivery may be paid for (depending on how busy the service is): the price comes to 249 ₽.

All items are delivered in special insulated bags, to keep your food fresh!
