About Iberdrola Arte

Discover the works in the Iberdrola Collection and the artistic activities and events carried out by the company.
The Collection is divided into three sections that illustrate three important periods in Iberdrola’s evolution as a company.
The first section reflects the company’s foundation in fin de siècle Bilbao (1901) with works of Basque art from the late 19th and early 20th centuries, when modern art was emerging in this country. Iberdrola’s growth into a leading utility company in Spain as of the mid-20th century serves as the context for the second section, comprised of pieces produced by Spanish artists from 1957 –a seminal year marked by the creation of groups such as El Paso and Equipo 57– to the present.
Finally, echoing the company’s international expansion in recent years, the Collection has been opened up to artists from all over the world with a new focus on other media such as photography and video. The app also contains information about all the exhibitions and other actions supported by Iberdrola in the field of the arts.
