About Lagrange - AUv3 Plug-in Synth
Lagrange is an AUv3-compatible synthesizer that makes sound creation easier by hiding complex parameter adjustments behind oscillator algorithms.
# Universal App
This product is compatible with iPad, iPhone, and Apple Silicon Mac.
Please note that it is not compatible with Macs with Intel CPUs.
# Audio Unit Extensions (AUv3)
This product supports only AUv3 plug-in format. You can use this AUv3 Plug-In in a host application that supports AUv3.
# Notes
- Note that depending on the parameter settings, loud sound may be produced.
- This product can be installed on iPad, iPhone, and Mac computers with Apple silicon (M1, M2). It is an iPad and iPhone app that can run on Mac computers with Apple silicon. It cannot be installed on Mac computers with Intel CPUs.
- This product supports only AUv3 plug-in format. Other plug-in formats are not supported. It can be used with AUv3-compatible DAWs.
- This product is not suitable for the purpose of accurately reproducing the sound of acoustic instruments or other synthesizers. It has been developed with a focus on creating the sound of this synthesizer itself.
- This product does not support MPE (MIDI Polyphonic Expression).
- Because the details of sound creation are hidden within the oscillator algorithm, fine-tuning the sound is more limited than on other iceGear synthesizers, resulting in less sound variation. This is a result of the emphasis on the simplicity of simply selecting an oscillator algorithm, rather than adjusting a number of knobs to find a sound from a vast array of possibilities.
- This product mainly contains basic presets that are useful as a starting point for sound creation. Please note that there are no huge amount of presets. Enjoy making sounds.

- This app can now be installed on a Mac with Apple silicon and plugged into Garage Band, Logic Pro, Ableton Live, and other AUv3 compatible host apps. It cannot be installed on Macs with Intel CPUs.
- The method of displaying the control panel with basic parameters such as volume has been changed. It can be displayed from the knob icon button in the header. On the iPad standalone, it is still located to the left of the keyboard as before.

- The Synthesizer Engine has been fine-tuned in terms of oscillator phase and envelope to improve sound quality. You can revert back to the previous Synthesizer Engine in the settings screen. This setting is saved in a preset, and a different version of the Synthesizer Engine can be used for each preset.
