MaxMargin™ is designed for one purpose; to maximise profit for civil contractors in the civil engineering sector.
MaxMargin™ is quick and easy to use. In seconds the App will:
1) Measure daily profit (or loss) of each work crew in real-time
2) Provide minimum productivity targets for each work crew
Features:
• Selection: Choose from a variety of pre-loaded work crew operations
• On-site changes: Simply remove or add plant, labour, materials and subcontractors to reflect changes on site. Work crew break-even productivity targets are instantly updated to reflect the changes.
• Instant Awareness: Enter actual production achieved at the end of the shift to measure an instant daily profit result
• Reporting: Export a CSV file immediately to capture daily costs, revenue and profit
• Easy to use: Takes just a few minutes to load and review data
