About Meeting Information Manager

Designed for the University of Melbourne's existing Web-based Meeting Information Manager, the MIM app provides a mobile interface for iPad users to view agendas and meeting papers for various University committees including the University Council.

Staff, students, and guests from outside the University can now access the online distribution of papers and meeting agendas via their personal device.

Features:
–Authenticate using central University account credentials (for staff members) or registered email account (for guests)
–View personal agenda (list of upcoming meetings)
–Browse University committees, meetings, and agendas
–Download meeting papers
–PDF document viewing and annotation
–Highlight unread/new and annotated papers

The MIM app will address the mobility needs of the University's committee members, and also contribute to the University's Green initiative by eliminating large print copies.
