Accessibility improved:
1. Label added to the gesture detection area. The gesture to initiate a voice command or voice query with VoiceOver disabled is press & hold, and double-tap hold with VoiceOver enabled. With VoiceOver enabled, that gesture is not captured if focus is on the navigation tabs at the bottom of the screen. Everybody on Vorail but me may have already known that. In the current app store version, the gesture area is not labeled, but in the next version once on the Community screen, tapping anywhere above the navigation buttons and below the app title bar will announce that’s the place to double-tap and hold, wait for the beep, then say your command or query. That’s wordy. After trying it out, please suggest a better, more concise label.
2. In the pre-generated questions and answers, update the audio format to include if the person asked or answered. Example, “Colette asked” and “Vicki answered”.
3. Play water sound when VB is searching Vorail past conversations for an answer.
4. Button to the right of text field is now labeled.
5. ‘Enter question’ label had been changed to ‘Ask a question’
6. Voice commands should work more consistently. On some devices, speech to text was capitalizing the first letter, and other devices all letters were lowercase. Code now converts all commands to lowercase before choosing what to do based on what was spoken.
