• Charge by the minute
Unlike other removalist company that charge per hour increment. We charge per minute after the first hour (minimum 1 hr per job) thus making your furniture moving cost as minimal as possible. We start charging when the Moofer arrive until the job is marked as completed by Moofer.

• No Call-out Fee
Removal companies normally charge a call out fee but Moofer Doesn’t! We do not charge travel to and from Base! By utilizing GPS, you can find the nearest Moofer that is available within the app thus making your furniture move more cost saving.

• No more waiting for quote
All you need to do is choose the truck size and number of Moofer required. All our Moofer are carefully selected and reviewed by other users. It takes less than 5 minutes to book a Moofer.

• Book now or Schedule for later
You can either book now and choose a Moofer that is nearby or Schedule for later to book a Moofer that is based near the pickup location.

• In-app notification Status update throughout the job
You will get status update within the app when the Moofer is on the way, when they arrived, when they successfully picked up the items and loaded up the truck, when they arrived at the destination and start unloading and when the job is completed.

• Transit Insurance
For your peace of mind, all moving jobs except in-house furniture move is covered by compulsory transit insurance (Insurance charge applies)
