Moon is a perfect resource to help you learn about the moon. Moon constantly updates a panel of information that tells you everything you want to know about the moon.

Moon also allows you to research information about the moon at ANY date in past or in the future. You could look up what the lunar phase will be on, say, your birthday...in 10 years.

***Note about iOS 5 requirement***
As many of you have noticed, iOS 5 is now a requirement for this and all further updates. This is due to some major new features in iOS 5 that have allowed and will continue to allow great Moon+ updates that are simply not possible with iOS 4. Look forward to new and exciting things in the future.
In order to upgrade to iOS 5, you simply need to plug your device into iTunes and select "Check for Update". It is highly recommended that you do so.
