About Natur erleben NRW | NABU

„Natur erleben NRW“ ist ein Naturerlebnis- und Radroutingportal für das Land NRW. An der Schnittstelle zwischen Naturschutz und Tourismus versetzt das Portal den Naturfreund in die Lage, ein- oder mehrtägige Touren zwischen 200 ausgewählten Natura-2000-Gebieten in Nordrhein-Westfalen zu erstellen. Die App bietet die Möglichkeit unterwegs Informationen über die aktuelle Route, die Gebiete und so genannte "Points of Interest" abzurufen.

Neben zahlreichen touristischen Informationen finden sich ausführliche Angaben zu faunistischen und floristischen Besonderheiten sowie Erläuterungen dazu, was Natura 2000 bedeutet, welche Lebensräume dazu zählen, welche Arten besonders geschützt sind und was es beim Besuch von Schutzgebieten zu beachten gilt.

Ein Projekt des NABU NRW in Kooperation mit der Fachhochschule Münster, Labor für Software Engineering, gefördert durch die Europäische Union und das Land Nordrhein-Westfalen.
