About NMC Benefit Action Center

The Benefit Action Center is a National Motor Club (NMC) app that enables members online account access from virtually anywhere. Members can locate a roadside service provider nearest their location of disablement and easily make requests for benefit reimbursements, submit supporting documentation, receive notifications, and view the status of their reimbursement requests.
With the click of a button, the GPS location services powered by Google maps can help members find a service provider nearest their disablement location. Simply call the provider of your choice and submit the paid receipt via the BAC app for reimbursement processing.

Benefits to NMC members:
• With a click of a button, service providers nearest the location to the disablement site can be found quickly and easily.
• Members are free to use the provider of their choice for service.
• Requests for reimbursement can be made 24/7.
• Photocopies of documentation can be uploaded to their account safely and securely using the camera on a cell phone or mobile device.
• Check on the status and receive notifications regarding reimbursement processing and pending payment.

The app is free to use with a National Motor Club membership.
