This MAJOR update brings the best experience yet. It’s also the biggest release for performance related fixes ever. We’ve been listening to your amazing feedback and have been working extra hard to add fun new content, LOTS of performance boosts, iOS 12 optimization and squash a gazillion bugs. Our developers and musicians can sleep peacefully now.
In more detail:
- New songs include the famous Gymnopédie, Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy, California Dreamin’ and the Westworld theme song.
- The app used to crash because of the memory pressure, so we reduced this pressure dramatically by almost half with multiple fixes. Now the app is more stable as it doesn’t take up as much memory.
- Images load much faster for a smoother scrolling experience. Especially on older devices.
- Piano Maestro is more powerful than it has ever been, so now you can enjoy longer playing sessions without it crashing.
- One specific bug causing the “Next” button at the end of levels to malfunction has been eliminated. Now it works again at the end of levels in the Journey, Method Books and Home Challenge.
- Fully optimized for iOS 12.
- Overall stability of the app has improved thanks to multiple bug fixes and other improvements.

- New secure access to Parents/Teachers zone! Optional use of the iPad's passcode or Touch ID instead of the two-finger swipe (enabled from within the app settings)

What’s new in 3.6?
- Chinese New Year songs can now be found in the Library, and the Home Challenge button is back in it’s place.
- Based on your requests we have added Prenotation songs! You can find them in Alfred’s “Music for Little Mozarts”

- Metronome was off-beat in some songs when playing hold-on, we fixed that!
- Some songs were missing rests, sorry about that. All fixed now
