• GIVE IT A TRY •
You can enable the guest mode to take a look at the app.
• DISCOVERY •
Playgroond helps you discover the playgrounds around you. The app locates you on a map and then displays playgrounds surrounding you and the walking time to go to each of them. Detailed information give you the age group, opening hours, equipments, rate, photos, etc.
• COMMUNITY •
All playgrounds that you see on the map have been created by one of our awesome Playgroond community user. We don't rely on a random database found on Internet to fill the map. In this way, the data quality is at the highest.
• PLAY THE GAME •
If you know or notice a playground that is not yet on the map, add it so that the other users can discover it too and enjoy with their kids.
• 4 000 PLAYGROUNDS •
It's not much but it's just the beginning!

In this new version, following advices from several mothers, I added 5 new equipments in the list: barbecue, monkey bars, musical instruments, pump track and skate park.
I hope they will be useful for the next adds you'll make.
I also fixed "Report a problem" and "Suggest an improvement" buttons that redirected you to a broken link.
I'm still working on the new version of the help section. This will come up in a next version.

Hi all,
In this version, I disabled the possibility to enter playground address or city manually because it led to mistakes in some cases.
Now, the only possibility to determine the location of a playground is to locate yourself if you're there of to navigate on the map to pin the playground.
Actually, 99% of the adds were already done by one of these 2 ways.

• NEW FEATURE •
When you add a new playground, it's appearing on the map without reloading all the playgrounds.
The snackbar that says "There's no playground in this area yet" now disappears when you click the (+) button to add a new playground.
• QUARANTINE •
Good luck to all the families that are housebound due to covid-19.
In most of countries, playgrounds are closed to reduce transmission risks.
Stay safe at home with your family and, as you, we hope to be back the soonest possible on a swing!
In the meantime, check out the map and if you know a playground that is not referenced yet, don't hesitate to add it.
Talk to you all very soon,

• NEW FEATURES •
Last time the community voted, they chose to have more information on the playground.
It's now done with information about the shade, fence, surface, parking, biking, snacking, etc.
You can add this information for a new playground but also editing existing ones to add these information.
A message at the bottom of the screen informs you when there's no playground in the area and invite you to add it if you know there's one.
Thanks to Alexandra who left us a review, we have enhanced the "Share the app" button on the settings screen. You can now still send a text via SMS or WhatsApp to one of your contacts but you can now also be redirected to a Facebook or Instagram post you can share with your friends or in a story.
