About Project Principia

Project Principia is an exciting app in which you complete physics questions by writing equations and then watching what happens as you set all the values to their extremes.

> Write your own equations
> Vectors are supported
> 10 levels
> Make a solar system
> Destroy a solar system
> Change constants

Named after Sir Isaac Newton's Mathematica Principia, this app lets you investigate how the planets around us would have behaved had we used a different equation to the universal law of gravitation or had the value of the gravitational constant been several magnitudes higher.

The levels are all simulation based and have you write a symbolic equation to solve a problem you are presented with. After completing a level you can then "experiment" in which you are able to change the formulae in the scene and constants to see how it would affect the simulation.

Additionally, if you struggle with any of the questions you are provided with various hints and colourful equations that will guide you to the answer and teach you something new in the process.

Displacement vectors have been given arrows to signify where they start and end. A hint formula in the Deflective Neutron level was incorrect, this has now been fixed. The development build text in the bottom right has now been fixed and removed.
