Hello! My name is Anika Kablan and I am a 17-year-old app developer.

Nationwide, there is a disconnect between the general public and information about rape, abuse, and sexual assault prevention and recovery. Normally, both men and women alike do not know what to do in such events. My app, Recoup, Inc., is the missing link. How? Recoup, Inc. is designed to spread awareness and aid to those who are affected by rape, abuse, and/or sexual assault. The core features include: the ability to call and text hotlines from within the app, locate nearby hospitals, provide information on each topic without internet access, and contact 911.
