About RelationGO Legacy

RelationGO is for members of student health plans utilizing Relation claims administration only. This app gives members the same easy access they have to their student accounts on www.4studenthealth.com, but in the palm of their hands, so they can quickly do the following:
· FAX or EMAIL ID CARDS
· CHECK MEDICAL CLAIM STATUS
· ACCESS STUDENT HEALTH CENTER RECORDS
· UPDATE ACCOUNT INFORMATION
· ACCESS TAX FORMS

To create an account, members provide their student ID number exactly as it appears on their student account, their name, and their birthday. After an account has been created, members provide a password or use the Touch ID feature to login.

Relation GO is developed and supported by Relation Insurance Services. Relation specializes in student insurance programs for colleges and universities, large and small, throughout the United States and currently provides insurance coverage and program administration services for over 900 colleges and universities across the country.
