Log in with your registered email or with your reservation. Book and confirm your airport transportation and prepare for your trip.

You can pre-register all the members of your travel group with the Royal Uno app, saving you time at check-in. If you need a crib, high chair, a wheelchair, or something else during your stay, send your request through the app before you travel.

Once you have logged in to the Royal Uno app with your room number, you can use your mobile phone as your room key. It’s quicker.

If you forgot your toothbrush or need more shampoo during your stay, order from the list of room amenities and send your request to Guest Services. You can even choose the beverages you would like in your minibar from a selection.
