- From now on, when you add the new meter reading, the Modified Date field will be automatically filled with the current date. You can modify the data by tapping this field.

- On the Asset Record screen, the long names in the Asset Tag, Tag ID, Model Number, and Serial Number fields overlapped the field names, making it difficult to view them and other information. The long names look distinct now.
- Previously, when you created an immediate transfer, the truck was prepopulated as a destination location, so you couldn't search by truck on the Source Location screen. To avoid confusion, the truck will no longer be prepopulated. To submit the transfer, you must select the destination location on the Cart screen.
- When manually adding parts on the Part Used screen, you might have noticed duplicate part records on a work order. We've eliminated duplicates.

- During the check-out process with the required client's signature, if you selected the Unable to obtain signature at this time? toggle on the Capture Signature screen, entered the reason in the text field, and clicked Send on the Check-out Summary screen, you should have been redirected to the WO Summary screen to view the added note. However, this redirection did not occur. We've addressed the issue.
- On the Create Asset screen, the Brand field previously displayed the brand ID instead of the brand name. This issue has now been fixed, and the brand names are appropriately displayed.
- On the Select Status screen, if you clicked the desired work order status multiple times, a system error message appeared, preventing you from checking out. We’ve done away with this problem.
- The app occasionally crashed when you tried to create a work order. No more crashes!

- Occasionally, when you captured the client’s signature upon check-out, the Sign Here field on the Capture Signature screen was grayed out. The screen scrolled when you tried to add a signature. We've tackled the issue.
- Some fields in the Meter Readings section were not translated on devices set to non-English. We’ve updated the text to make it clear for non-English speakers.
- Upon filtering work orders by trades, you may have noticed that some trades were not displayed, and you couldn't search them manually on the Select Trades screen. We've brought them back.

NEW
- The ServiceChannel Provider app for Apple devices using iOS version 17 is now available. We would like to remind you that the application requires iOS versions 14 or later. Make sure your device is up to date!
- During check-out process, if a technician used refrigerant parts, the Asset screen displayed both non-refrigerated and refrigerated assets. Now only refrigerated assets will be displayed in this case.
- From now on, when an FTM internal technician updated the trade on a work order, the current trade will be displayed on the top of the list on the Select Trade screen.

- Upon creating a work order via the Contractor-Initiated Work Order (CIWO) experience, the checklist appeared even when it shouldn’t have appeared for the selected trade, category, and location. We’ve made some tweaks so that this issue won't bother you anymore.
- Our Spanish-speaking customers used the SC Provider app might have noticed that some information was translated incorrectly on the Work Orders screen. We’ve updated the text to make it clear for Language speakers.
- When you tried to add the parts amount of 1000 under the Cycle Counts section in Inventory, the amount was converted to 1. We’ve made some tweaks, so the entered amount won't be changed.
