Sicon Service v21

New online "Found Stock" service, enables engineers to search online stock list and select a part from their entire company catalogue. Also included is bug fix occurring from selecting serials.

Added the Summary to the case overview screen
Fixed the start times used for grouping - they used estimated time bookings that could be incorrect

Amended the logic for "case complete" status, it's now based on having had the departure signature - there is also now a new icon on the appointment list when an appointment has tiem booked and work logged (the previous requirement for being complete), making it ready for the signature to be taken.
