About Sicon Service
The Sicon Service app helps your engineers keep track of their appointments and holidays, maintained via your Sicon Service module. The app offers offline operation, saving completed work items to be uploaded when your engineer next has a connection to the internet. The engineer can update appointments with work that has been carried out, issue parts and stock from their van, and complete all of the information needed to get the case ready for billing. This version of the Sicon Service app is compatible with all versions of the Sicon Service module above (and including) the v21.1 release.

Important Info
- When using Start/Stop Time Booking, completing the Arrival Signature will now no longer trigger the Time Booking to start recording. You will now need to press the green Stopwatch button, which can be found on the Case Overview and Contact Info pages. We're planning on including this button on more pages soon.

- Fixed an issue where the Time Picker would not open when answering a Time Period question (iOS Only)

- When answering a Single / Multiple Selection question, all possible answers are now ordered alphabetically
- Added the Start/Stop Time Tracking button to the Time Booking list
- Renamed the 'Submit' buttons on Appointment/Equipment reports to read 'Save'
