Increased drag & drop possibilities to configure a trainee's photo

Two new features:
- export a ready-to-print pdf trombinoscope from the "list of trainees" screen
- In the "list of trainees" screen, if you drag and drop a badly framed photo, the app automatically crops on the face of the trainee.

"List of trainees" screen:
- drag a trainee's photo out of the app to use it elsewhere
- Drag one or more photos of trainees after the table to create a new trainee(s)

Minor interface improvements

New feature : in the synthesis screen, when sorted by criteria. It is now possible to validate the capacity for the whole group in one click.

Older iOS devices (32-bit system), currently supported by this application, will soon not be able to receive an update.
These are the
- iPhones 4S, 5, 5C (5S is still supported)
- iPad 2, 3 and 4, iPad mini 1. (iPad Air, iPad mini 2, and newer devices are still supported)
- iPod Touch 5th gen (iPod Touch 6th gen still supported)
This update provides useful information to the users concerned to anticipate these future developments.

It is now possible to send a trainee their progress synthesis in .carjson format, which the student can read in the application. 
This is the coherent with the logic introduced by the peer-observations features that already puts the app in the hands of students.
It is also a way of guaranteeing the quality of the rendering, some email software not displaying the synthesis formatted in an html table properly.

This version comes to improve a lot of little things, both from a technical point of view and from the interface point of view, without major upheaval.

- fixed a stability issue that prevented editing an empty skill reference table
- possibility to exclude a macro-skill from the normal synthesis
- introduction of 3 levels of detail in the synthesis (compact, normal, exhaustive)
- improved synchronization of trainee data
- improvement of the serial export function of the synthesis of the trainees
- redesign of the appearance of the export buttons to clarify the different possibilities. Added the ability to export a sync file from the "review" tab

* they also generate a meta-observation on the trainee-observer, in terms of his/her ability to observe.

- reorganize the skill reference table
- transfer a trainee from one session to another with his/her pedagogical history
