Wake Sense is a smart alarm that will try to wake you during light sleep phases.
This should allow you to wake up more refreshed and the wake up process should feel more natural.

How does it work?
Within a 30 minute time window before the specified wake up time it will wake you as soon as you enter a light sleep phase. Light sleep phases are detected based on accelorometer data measured by your Apple Watch. In case no light sleep phase is detected it will wake you at exactly the specified time.
