About SocialDV8
The SocialDV8 App is a friendly and welcoming fetish community for open-minded gay, bi, straight and trans men looking to connect with like-minded people.
In today’s online world it’s easy to connect and meet gay men, but curiously enough, it’s still difficult to connect and meet men interested in fetish. Whether in a small or large city, it can be challenging to find others who share similar interests. SocialDV8 welcomes everyone from the curious newcomer to the enthusiastic novice to the very experienced who have made this a lifestyle. Because each individual’s fetish experience is as unique as their fingerprint our goal isn’t a quick hookup. We are working to provide a safe place for members to discreetly connect, socialize, learn, share experiences and support one another in their exploration.
How it works: We’ve adapted an old school method to make finding those likeminded members a lot easier. Long before smart phones and social network apps, gay and bisexual men used what was widely known as the handkerchief code to flag their preferred fetish interests by placing different colored bandanas in the back pocket of their jeans. On our app, we give you the option to choose your flag so members who share your interests can easily find you and vice versa. You can also contact members with a different flag to learn and explore overlapping interests or you can change your flag depending on your mood.
Matches made easy. We don’t use any mysterious algorithms to find your perfect match. If you click the “I’d do you” button on a member’s profile and that member clicks the “I’d do you” button on your profile, we notify both of you that you’re a match. Use that notification as an invitation to connect. Share what attracted you enough to click the button, discover mutual interests and let nature take care of the rest. It’s kismet. We don’t collect information about you from the App or your social media activity.
This is our first release. The app has some limitations as we focus on making sure the basics work. Installing the app and all of its functions are 100% FREE. Our basics do include some features that are not always available in free apps including:
Post up to 10 pictures and 10 videos in a private gallery you can share with other members you’re communicating with.
Ability to send pictures from your camera or photo gallery to other members.
Save notes on the profiles you’re in contact with or want to be talking to.
List any upcoming travel plans or view the profiles of members traveling near you (because everyone likes out of town talent)
Your privacy is important to us. What you share here should stay here, so screen grab is disabled in the App.
